- Faex Health analytics MCP server
A read-only interface giving AI clients access to product data through ten scoped tools. I designed and implemented the server, automated isolation tests and AWS infrastructure. Deployed for use by external partner organizations as part of Faex's analytics offering.
- PacketLLM
An RStudio gadget for working with OpenAI models, with asynchronous requests, conversation management and file context. Published on CRAN in April 2025, with 1,000+ downloads.
- Q-SEnSE publications database
Research infrastructure combining publication search, automated metadata collection and citation-network analysis. I built the database and public website to support the institute's annual NSF reporting.
